Fallon did an amazing job. She let me know exactly what was going to happen. Dr. Meredith explained his findings in a clear and concise manner. I'm so glad my yearly mammogram is over and done.

I will never return to this place. I went in to have diagnostic tests and they would only do one. My dr had ordered 2 different tests, but I guess the woman assisting me knew more than the dr I trust. I have an feeling that she had already decided what was wrong with me and could not be bothered. She took some ultrasound pictures and left to talk to the dr who would read them. They came back in about 5 to 10 minutes and said that nothing was on the ultrasound. My dr had marked an X where he felt the lump and that is the area she had focused on. This dr took the ultrasound wand and moved it around the same area but found nothing and said it was just fat. I reached over and found the lump so he could at least see it. He said that is fat from a trauma you forgot about. He said he would let my dr know. He left, she gave me a towel and asked if I had any questions. All I wanted was out of there. I called and left a message for my dr and his nurse called back quickly. I explained what happened and she could tell I was very upset. She said they would get me an appt with another woman's center where they would do both test. The dr is probably correct in that it is some fat, but they should have run both test so they could have something to compare with. If you read the letter they send with your results of a mammogram it tells you that a mammogram does not always show something that may be there. They were comparing a 2 month old mammogram to the ultrasound. I needed a diagnostic mammogram which my dr said is different from a screening mammogram. My dr and I had spoken before I went for the tests. I trust my dr. He said it could just be dead fat but we would make sure. Over 40,000 women die from breast cancer every year. Well over 200,000 women get breast cancer every year. Breast cancer is the 2nd leading health cause of death in women. If a women finds a lump it is very scary and should she should never feel dismissed at a women's center the way I felt today. Go somewhere else, anywhere else would be better then depending on them taking you seriously!

Had a appt on 9/7/18 to have mammogram done and because I don't have insurance the registration personal stated, "I can not be seen, unless I pay upfront of 400.00 something or half of the 400.00" I explained to her my Dr. referred me and I been here before and never paid!. Instead of her looking at my paperwork because I was on the Best Care Plan thru my Dr. and my mammograms are free, I walked out call my Dr. left a message on the Nurse's line, immediately the nurse called me back, and I explained to her what happened and she too stated on my referral from my Dr. there is my authorization# from the Best Care Plan which is free to me! I was outside waiting on my ride which I told the nurse and she then ask if I could go back inside so she can speak to the registration personal, and I did so at which time they immediately called me to the back to get the screening done, so all it took for this lady to look at my paperwork to see it was free to me but because I didn't have insurance or money to pay she dismissed me!. Bad customer service Ms.!
