Alecia was amazing! She was efficient, caring, and professional. Always quick to respond to my calls. She made the whole process so easy and smooth. Because of her, I never had to worry about anything. She just got things done and we were able to sell our house soon after it was listed! I would highly recommend her to any friends or acquaintance. Couldnt have asked for a better realtor!!

We made a long trip and had a full day of showings. The team worked hard all week in a fast moving market and by the end of the day we found our place! The next day our offer was accepted and we had a great closing.

I sent an email yesterday asking if they would file an extension for me for my taxes. I quickly received a response stating that they would not because the cut off time for them to do that was Friday. I returned the email asking for assistance in doing it myself. after no response i used other resources to determine how best to do it myself. Iwas able to file the extension myself however i received an email today saying that they would not be helping me with my filings this year since I did not file with them last year. I thought surely this was an error since i have been using them for many years now for my taxes so I called and a lady named shelly answered the phone. She said Alicia was unavailable so i told her about the email. She was very rude while we were speaking about it, acting as if my business didn't matter to them at all. I stated that concern to her and she said "well its your choice where you get your taxes done" as if i didn't matter at all. this is not the level of service I have received in the past. Alicia has always been very kind and helpful, but now i guess they have enough business that my tax situation is no longer important to them. i mamage employees in the service industry and i would not have someone working for me that treated their clients the way I was treated today. So if you want to be treated with respect and feel like your business is important, you may want to keep looking.
