        If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They did not file my 2020 state tax returns. Apparently there was some error when they filed electronically. When I got a notice from the state department of revenue this year, I reached out to them, they initially did not respond and then they sent 1 email saying they are working on it. It's been a month now and nothing. I have already missed the deadline for submitting a response. They don't pick up calls or respond to emails. Don't bother.

        They filed my tax online but not shared final copy yet, followed up many times nobody answering the call. They answered onetime and told we will e-mail you but I haven't received yet. I am very upset about the service.
