Ample Storage Center

The buildings are clean and easily accessible, also having the use of an elevator is a definite plus. Staff is accommodating.

Have two units at this location one I have auto pay and the other I dont. The first unit was purchase maybe five months before the second unit. The second unit is scheduled for cut lock and no partial payment however money was taken out of my account for that unit. I called to question this and the property manager stated the partial payment was for the unit that is scheduled for cut lock and will not give a refund. Also its still scheduled for cut lock. So you cant receive partial payment but you can take partial payment out of my account and still cut the lock. I need for someone to call me back ASAP this is unacceptable when a partial payment is already taken

Never will I rent from this storage place again or recommend anyone to rent from this storage center. The manager lacks integrity, very unprofessional as well as incompetent that creates a hostile environment to conduct business in. As for the facility, its very clean but so unfortunate that the manager is unethical, unprofessional, incompetent, disrespectful, and dishonest.

Although some of the renters get messy, the staff stays on top of things. Good rates, convenient.

Our daughter attends U of South Carolina and we needed to store her dorm room furnishings over the summer. After a search of the Columbia area, we determined that Ample Storage was the best option. Only 15 minutes from campus. The facility is newer, clean and very secure. The staff was very responsive, friendly and professional. Will definitely use them again and again!
