My water heater went out the day before Thanksgiving. They told me they would not have anyone available to come until the following week. The saw the disappointment on my face, she told me she was sorry. I just said ok, but 10 minutes later she called back and said one of the guys was going to come by and replace it.
They didn't have to do it but they did, and I am so grateful!
The services guys were great and professional.

Had main line clog which happened at 8pm on Friday. Aero advertises 24-hour service. Called at 8:30pm and was told technician would be dispatched, and someone would be in touch with us. Called them back at 11pm since had not heard from anyone, and was told that she could not get a technician & someone would be out in the morning. Very unprofessional - could not even bother to let us know.

Aero was able to do what I needed on site without taking up my entire pedestal sink. Another company quoted me that taking the sink up was the only way to replace my ptrap. Chris was great and replaced my ptrap in about 30 minutes. Would use the company again.
