        Forced to use drive thru and service was still incredibly slow

        This location at night time has very unprofessional employees. It has just opened at this time and this is a bad look. I tried to order a pizza over the phone and 2 different employees hung up because they didn't know the prices of the pizza specials. Obviously I will not be going back to this location.

        Upon entering the door the waiter welcomed me and was ready to take my order. No lines She eagerly shared any sales with me. Her smile lit up the room giving me some extra time. She shared all of the specials. The food was ordered and ready in 6 minutes. As I was leaving she saw me struggling with the door as this young lady named Samantha helped carry my boxes of pizza to my car. I want her to know in my book she is a treasure for this New Pizza franchise called Pizza Hut on Forest Dr. Columbia SC Dietary restrictions: The number of crusts veggies olive oil and meat lover pizza as you wish. Fresh veggies meats even fruit Parking: More then enough Kid-friendliness: Kids menu in kids sizes all delicious Wheelchair accessibility: The doors open going in double wide entry and handicap ramp
