Phoenix Physical Therapy

I came in with a few lingering issues and a few new ones. I was unable to walk very well due to Achilles tendinitis that made it hard to get around, and after a couple of months with Chandler the pain was gone. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable and take good care of you and work to understand your issues and how to help them.

I would definitely recommend this practice for anyone needing physical therapy. The therapists are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

I am so grateful to everyone here! Casey(I hope I am spelling this correctly) at the desk is very helpful and pleasant to talk to and accommodating. I had a very stiff neck on a Friday morning and needed to be seen immediately before the weekend. The staff was booked solid (I see why now). I asked Casey if she had any suggestions of anywhere else that they would suggest. She told me the staff were busy with people but she would ask them in a free moment and get back to me. Brittany (which is who I was told to ask for bc she is amazing) called me to ask me about what was going on and long story short, she worked me in at the end of her day. UNBELIEVABLE customer service. When I went in, Casey was super friendly and helpful with my paperwork and I waited until Brittany was free and she evaluated me based on my issues. She adjusted my neck and gave me some dry needling, as I was 100% open to the most aggressive treatment available. I was in some pain. I felt a good bit of relief when I left. I am hoping for total relief in a few days. It is so nice to have a local place that has MULTIPLE therapy options under one roof, with a VERY professional and knowledgeable staff. I would trust Brittany with anything else I ever have come up! She KNOWS HER STUFF! Cant say enough good about this place! Customer Service seems to be a dying concept, but places like this, keep it thriving.
