        We've had quarterly pest service with them since Sept 2022 & I have zero complaints. The scheduler is always friendly & tries to be accommodating, they send auto reminder texts, and the professional who comes out to do the treatment is just that - professional. They show when they're supposed to and they're always friendly & respectful. Their rates are reasonable for the area as well. Services: General pest inspection, Bug & insect extermination

      Ms. O'Neill, We appreciate your business from 2016 through 2020, and we appreciate you reaching out to us on May 19, 2023 to schedule service and get back on a quarterly program. We, like many other small businesses, are short-staffed, and we are sorry we could not do your service immediately, as you demanded. Obviously, you were pleased with the quality of our services from 2016 to 2020, because you called us to start your services back up now. If we hadn't done a good job before, surely you wouldn't have called us back now and demanded we service your home immediately. We tried to accommodate your requests to the best of our ability, but you were very rude and condescending to our office staff and our office manager before you hung up on her. We hope you were able to find another company to accommodate your pest control needs more quickly than we would have been able to. Thank you again for your past business and trust in our company, and we wish you the best!
