My experience has been amazing. Dr Karen White Brown is the best orthodontist. Shes extremely professional, thorough , caring and she listens to your concerns. Im very satisfied with the outcome of my teeth. Thanks again Dr. Karen White Brown!

I honestly regret coming back here. The first time around I had braces. They were great for both my mom and I. After losing my retainer I unfortunately had to get braces again and I must say I feel as if my teeth look worse than they did before getting my braces for the second time. I wish I would have took my business elsewhere. Ive been told Im supposed to be out after two more visits and my teeth does not look good at all. Definitely not satisfied. Plus it takes forever to get an appointment here and the ONeil team is not FRIENDLY nor PROFESSIONAL.

All four of my children have received orthodontic services from this office as well as myself in the past and I must say that the office has delivered 100 % plus in their delivery in the past. However, this time my Invisalign has been the worst experience with this office scheduling along with a few interactions with a staff via telephone which has been a grumpy interaction re: finances. I called the dental office on December 11 and informed that my tray 11 of 12 was in for three week and would not fit and the receptionist scheduled me to come in on Wednesday December 13 @ 8 a.m. Phyllis checked my trays and indicated that I should had been scheduled the day prior on Tuesday December 12, when the doctor was there so that I could have had impressions made and my teeth scanned. Phyllis indicated that she needed to reschedule me. She indicated for me to return Tuesday December 19 at 7:30 a.m. I left the office and arrived to work late, and no orthodontic services and had to request another day out of the office for Tuesday December 19. Then on Friday 12/15 I received a text message and email that I needed to report to the Orangeburg office December 19 @ 8:30 and I called the office and inquired why was my appointment changed to the Orangeburg office when I always visit the Columbia office at this time the caller scheduled me to return to the Columbia office Monday December 18 @ 3 p.m. After I hung up, I call back within the hour and Janice answered and I explained to Janice that I was rescheduled already and that I needed to come in for impressions and a scan as I missed time from work and wanted to be certain that the caller scheduled me for the correct visit and Janice said yes you are an emergency, and that December 18 was correct. I was needed at work and left work and arrived to the office December 18 and Phyllis said, "Oh no they scheduled you again on the wrong visit you need to come tomorrow." I voiced my frustration of the several mishaps in their office scheduling and how this affect my work and I asked to talk to the manager or the doctor and was told that neither was available. Years ago, I have experienced outstanding services from Dr. White Brown office, however this time around had been the far worst that I've experienced. I have written star reviews in the past and regret that this one had to be of differ.

My son needed Braces and I didn't know where to start. While strolling on Facebook I saw the AD for White Brown Smiles. Immediately made an appointment, the exam was discounted which was a blessing. They even offer Saturday appointments and the staff is professional, and prompt. My son has had braces for a couple of months now and we are already seeing results! Definitely recommend them.
