David Cain and his team (Beth and Zach) at Resource Financial Services were some of the best folks I've ever worked with. The team was incredibly responsive and professional throughout the mortgage loan application process, got me the best interest rate possible, and explained everything at each step of the way. I never felt out of the loop, and I always felt empowered to make decisions WITH the team to best meet my needs. I can't recommend them enough! I'd give them 100 stars if I could. :D

We were moving to South Carolina from Florida and needed to move quickly. David, Zach and Beth were my mortgage team and they made the process really straightforward and smooth even with being out of state. We were able to have a quick close with absolutely no problems.
