We used Sam both to purchase and later sell our home. We were out of town and we depended on him to select the ideal home. When we needed to sell, we needed to leave before we could put it on the market. He completed the ordering of the house to show it as well as handling remaining garbage, inspector repairs, and closing. He should be a buyer or sellers first choice. Sam is awesome! Definitely recommend. He is very knowledgeable, persistent when it comes to working with sellers get you everything you need and want, and always communicates what is happening. He even did a walk through of the house we wanted while we were in Texas. I'm so happy to have worked with him and will recommend him to anyone looking for a top notch realtor.

Sam is a wonderful realtor to have. He explained every step in my home purchase. He was always accessible. It was obvious that he had my best interest as a priority in the process.
