        Parking is TERRIBLE. Add an HOUR to whatever time you appointments are scheduled for.

        What a waste of time. Unless you are one of the veterans that are related to a staff member you will never be seen. I watched the difference with treatment between veterans. The staff does not treat everyone equal and it is reflected when you call with how hard it is to understand the person. They should pick someone that can speed better than the "Hood' language.

        Took a long time to find a place to park. When I went inside to my appointment, I was late because of parking issues. They had the nerve to say and I quote: oh. It's the vast fault your late ?: I told them he'll ya. After I explained it to doctor that came out for some other vet. He said that no time for me. I got pissed and left. Never looked back at that place since then. Jerks...
