        Worst experience EVER!!!!!! The Doctor Ms.Hagen has NO bedside manners! She talks over you! She barely wants to talk to you! I wasted all of 10-15mins with her! Please keep moving and dont let my experience become your reality!

        I always have a fantastic experience with Dr. Hartshorne. The team is always friendly and accommodating. I wouldnt want to have a pregnancy with any other team. I cant recommend enough.

        Reviews are accurate! As a healthcare worker myself I am sure this how healthcare should not be conducted. Was told the practitioner would not be able to see me because I dont value her time . Lol. I only scheduled 2 appts showed up to the first one and was turned around. However according to the appointment scheduler she stated there was 4. From that moment I knew this is not the place for me .

        Triage nurse does not answer ever. And I have never had any of my phone calls returned. Hartshorne is a great doctor but this has been the worst office I have ever dealt with.
