Sat with my wife for over 2 hours to not even be seen. They tell you to be there at 1:50. At 4:18 we left without being seen. This is the stupidity of the hospital. They fire all their good workers because they wouldn't get a vaccine! Which doesn't keep you from getting the big C anyway! And now they expect you to wait and don't care how much of your day they take.. We are Slowly becoming socialist! Just what you Dumbocrats want.. Welcome to socialized medicine.

Love my provider but not a fan of the office. Im constantly having issues with getting my refills on time/ being told when i need to schedule appointments to get my prescriptions. Ill probably be switching doctors offices soon because of the lack of communication and constant mismanagement.

Great nurses but Dr. Saraf is a terrible doctor. I was switched over to Dr. Saraf in March after my previous doctor left the practice. My first appointment I told him about my chronic issues and he refused to talk about them and "just wanted to focus on one issue at a time" and his main issue he focused on was my form of birth control. He wanted me to get off of the shot which I liked and go for the implant or IUD. I was concerned about the pain and side effects with these forms and he ignored them and said it isn't that bad. I go home and research and needed a colposcopy a couple weeks later and went back in and discussed the pain of insertion of an IUD. He dismissed me again but said he would prescribe me pain meds as long as someone drove me, which I agreed. Then I make an IUD appointment and called me back with the colposcopy results and said that he reconsidered and I didnt need pain medicine. I go into the appointment and I was screaming at the top of my lungs and shaking uncontrollably and he continued the procedure. I told him I cant see and Im about to pass out. He said drink some water mind you Im still unable to move from shakes, couldnt see, and my color has left my face. His nurse fusses at him saying she cant have water and cooled me off and walked me through breathing until I stopped shaking and regained sight. He walked out of the room he chuckled and said to the nurse yeah my wife said it was like this for her as he was leaving the room. It was extremely inappropriate to laugh as Im still about to pass out from pain. It took me 10 days to recover from the procedure which is unusual so I called to ask about pain management and I was told that he was not going to help or see me. My final appointment with him was 3 weeks after the procedure. He walks into the room and calls me by the wrong name. I corrected him thinking he just walked into the wrong room. But he proceeded to tell me I am not who I say I am and he did not do my procedure and the other doctor did and already did my ultrasound. I said no we didnt because I couldnt walk for 45 minutes after it and he didnt believe me and grabbed his nurse to prove me wrong and when she said I was right he said oh I then proceed to tell him about the pain I have been expirencing with this new birth control and he said Have you heard of midol? I said yes and he said well that is all I know to do. Then he went to the next patient and I am sent to ultrasound. He asked if we have done a Pap smear on me. And finally with his hand inside of me said Id hate to see your boyfriend in public because he might punch me in the face because he cant have sex with you in pain. I honestly didnt know how to respond, I was in utter shock that he said that and he walked out before I came out of shock. I am looking for a new practice now at a different practice because this practice wouldn't change doctors for me.
