Prisma Health Maternal-Fetal Medicine–Columbia

Very rude staff. My wife walked to the window, told to write her name down and sit down. Waited 10-15 mins just to watch someone else walk to the window and ACTUALLY get checked in. Numerous people in the lobby waiting and I am personally watching most of the staff and workers standing behind the check-in glass just chit-chatting and talking. Inconsiderate folks and service.

did 3 starts because i haven't had my appointment yet but i tryed calling to confirm the date and time of my appointment and theres no way to connect to them the voice mail is full and no other services can help im still on hold with the Prisma health oprator and they cant help been on hold now for almost 1 hour now been trying for over one hour

Unfortunate to have had the same experience as others. Waited for my appointment for over an hour, while waiting, experienced overhearing very unprofessional discussions by the front desk staff. Ultrasound tech was wonderful as well as my Anatomy scan experience, however, I was told shortly after, that my consultation with the Doctor needed to be rescheduled because he wasn't at the office today. I had already been rescheduled three times within the week prior, just so they could have me specifically speak with this doctor. Thankfully another Doctor was able to have a consult with me.

This office is extremely unprofessional and they are never on time with appointments. You usually have to wait at least an hour past your appointment time to be seen and the clerks at the front have no compassion for the patients. It’s really sad and I wonder how they have not be n corrected by their superiors considering this is a specialists office that women from all over the state get sent to. This makes all of Prisma look bad. The amount of bad reviews over a long stretch of time shows that no one seems to care enough to replace the staff or give them proper training on how to run a medical office respectively. The ladies in the back that conduct the ultrasounds are usually very nice but who is staffing these nasty, attitude having people in the front? This is unsat and a disgrace to themselves.
