Absolutely terrible. Took off of work Monday as they were supposed to deliver my TV. Never showed up. I had to call. Then they rescheduled me for Wednesday after 4 as I won't be home from work until then. They sent me a text today saying they will be here between 12-3. Had to reschedule again.

The delivery guy used a power drill to screw on my Peloton screen and now I can't take it off to protect the screen during my move! The screens are almost $400 to replace!

This place is terrible never heard of a more incompetent logistics facility than this one in my life. They had our order at the facility for over a week said it was going to be scheduled for last Monday then Wednesday then Saturday and now again a week later Wednesday. Also there customer service is trashhhhh they say the same thing over an again but nothing changes at all. You ask for manager or higher and ohh sorry we have to email. Or we will just go pick up since its near us but nope sorry thats a request and it will take another 5 days like really such a trash company hope yall just get shut down.
