Can never get my lawyer on the phone. She never returns phone calls or texts I've done spoke with her supervisor and soon as I got off the phone with him she calls. This is the worst place to go for a lawyer. I went with them because I saw them on t.v and thought they was good but I was so wrong, I would not RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM!!!!!!!!! I have a slip and fall injury and been in alot of pain since 2022 and it is 2023 I texted and call my lawyer 2 weeks ago and still have not heard from her at all. I'm about to go get a different lawyer because this is ridiculous and not professional at all. After all that I ended up getting a different lawyer from them he was no better every time I told him what I needed done he told me no the answer was always no he didn't fight for me like he was supposed to I was forced to settle without my surgery which I have to pay for out a sorry behind settlement which I should have gotten more for since I'm gonna be disabled now at a young age he got easy money from me also didn't tell me that one of the doctors I got sent to by then that I was the one that had to pay for it when it was more than a hr away from where I stay my advice is do not go with this law firm they do not give a crap about you all they want is the money you get from a settlement I should have ran when I had problems with the first lawyer but I decided to give them another chance and that was a mistake
