I had a water leak and called plumber and regular lawn company. Couldn't get problem resolved. Called John and he came same day and fixed my problem. Very honest on what I needed - didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Problem fixed same day. Very happy with this company.

I work for an apartment complex in the heart of downtown Columbia. Spring Valley was referred to me by another local business. I met John and he has been a joy to work with. He is timely, professional and does excellent work. I would highly recommend his team for your landscaping needs!

Outrageous water bills because of faulting sprinkler installation years ago. Two other companies including Busy Bee made repairs, but they were quick fixes. This company came out, found all three "short" pipes and showed me the errors and blue patches. I would have him come anytime. Nice, had everything he needed, checked pressure, coverage and assured me my bill would come down.

The work that the company does is good and aesthetically pleasing but very inconsistent and unprofessional. My husband and I used Spring Valley years ago for our front yard landscaping, we were pleased with the work from 2015. I called John back to do some more work for me around a gated pool area and this experience was very different from our first experience, I was very disappointed . He is not timely, or professional. The work that he did for me should have taken three days max, however it took weeks. I was told one thing and what was told to me rarely happened. I had to call for updates and there was always an excuse or an apology. I have contacted him via phone and text messages about some lighting he installed that isn’t working properly as well as some holes that was left in the yard as a result of some of the work from the sprinkler system he installed. I have not heard from the company and it has been over two weeks. Now I will need to find someone else to fix the issues that I am having. I also had to clean up after his crew and found cigarette butts in my pool. I would not recommend this company to anyone else.
