        This store by far its the worse. The reps pushed accessories on you. Like if we can just buy our phones and leave. These tmobile stores are turning into car dealership. I think twice about going because everything turns into buying accessories and stuff I really don't need!!!

        The salesperson did not really take into consideration other customers. She continued to talk on a rather personal level with another customer making us and others wait. Not cool. By the time we got served, she did not listen and wanted to charge us the full price of an iPhone 15 even though qualified for the upgrade. She does not know her role, poor customer service and overall waste of time. Sorry will go elsewhere

        I was told I couldnt pay my phone bill in store after having to greet the workers upon entry although I was the only customer in the store.
