They never disappoint because the staff work hard, respond to any questions and are very professional. In a word: FABULOUS Same every time. Will never use anyone else The office crew and administration are quick and responsive. Yah!!! They even straightened my basket on my coffee table! Service: Standard cleaning

let me enlighten y'all. the owner of this branch, miss carol, seems to be ALLERGIC to confrontation. Friday she fried my fianc over the phone after she pour her blood sweat and tears into this company for the past two years. she was fired for using profanity in front of a customers house. which yes sounds bad but she has never been written up, never had a problem with staff or anything along those lines. HOWEVER, most people would like to know why. miss carol didnt seem to care about the why in this case and fired one of her few employees that actually does their job and does it well. friday she had a staff member not only argue with my fiacne but not even a week or two ago this said staff member also got into a argument with another staff member because again miss carol is ALLERIC to confrontation. my fiance had told a member of the office she knew some thing was going to happen and NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT. also along with this said staff member not only arguing with my fiance BUT also trying to lunge at her in a customers house. When my fiance who was put in a very hostile situation tried talking to the owner and voicing her frustrations she was fried because miss carol said she didnt seem happy BUT anyone else that talks to miss carol she will say she was fired because of the language that was used. SHE CANT EVEN BE TRUTHFULL ABOUT THAT. miss carol has employees that have STOLE, SMOKE WEED INBETWEEN HOUSES, numerous cleaning complaints from customers and the list goes on. miss carol told me on friday when i went in and talked top her face to face she will not drug test anyone because she will lose every cleaner she has. seems like a cleaning company you'd wanna hire... this company is rapidly going downhill and i mean it makes sense after all the customers she lost during the beginning of the year. Other good employees have been also terminated for voicing their concerns or had cried because miss carol and other office staff have takes it as them yelling and causing DRAMA. this company is ran by a woman that does not care about improving this company. After two years of knowing her and her sugar coating everything the only thing she cares about is people wanting to like her. its a terrible trait to a business owner. MY HOPE is that for anyone reading this , please take your business elsewhere. there are PLENTLY of other local business that not only treat their customers with respect, but also their employees. to me, i would never support a company that screws over the employee that carried this company on their back. ITS ABSOLUTLY INSERD. the only good review is that there are some really good employees that work here and are scared to voice concerns because if you do, well you get fried. anyways i hope this shows you how miss carol "runs" ( whenever she is at the office) a business.
