        Place is super unprofessional the current manager barely speak English so any issues is hard to get across. Then she gets mad and itrrupts and gas lights you and takes no responsibility for the issue she will yell and threaten to make you leave if you get upset because she recurses to resolve the issue. Ive stayed for four nights they locked me out my room twice because someone else had booked my room. This is by far the worst hotel Ive stayed in as far as customer service goes they will knock on the door endlessly just to miss inform you from what the corporate policy is. The manager that has a thick accent need to be fired

        Drove 9 hours an needed a place to stay. The hotel was right along our way in a pretty good halfway point. Upon arriving the building looked good from the outside, the front desk looked clean. BUT as soon as we walked inside our room we saw 2 bugs crawling on the counter. Seeds were on the floor an the toilet seat wasnt even cleaned. Thank goodness I brought Clorox wipes. The breakfast was really good. Very clean breakfast area.

        Easy to find, however the parking lot is under construction & not very clean. The receptionist was kind & customer service friendly. The room prices were compatible with similar hotels in the area however this was a safer choice. The room itself was decent. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.
