      has the worst customer service.People standing around like they really dont wanna work.We asked for help and needed some assistance but didnt receive any..The cashier was Denise.But its okay we want visit this location again.

      image Worst shopping experience. Bought a very expensive fridge and told them I needed it delivered around 5 the following day and they agreed. I was contacted the flowing day around 1100 stating they were on the way to my home to deliver. Theres a reason why I requested the time and Im now being told that the delivery time slots are not guaranteed. And I missed the delivery. Now I have to wait an extra day and Lowes is making it seem like its my fault. Good job Lowes. I wont be buying anymore appliances from Lowes.
      Update: Tge following day after the fridge was delivered, the Lowes delivery guy told me he would not install the fridge because it was raining outside. He proceeded to put the fridge in my garage, take a picture of it and leave. He said that I would be contacted for installation on a later date. I called the Lowes I purchased the fridge from to voice my issues to the store manager only for her to tell me she couldnt do anything.
      I then followed her suggestion to call Lowes delivery to speak with a manager there that also told me they could not help. My wife and I got so mad that we decided to install the fridge ourselves. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY APPLIANCES FROM LOWES.
