Great people. They were quick and efficient. We were unable to get new touch screen for Samsung 20 FE8 at AT&T. Mr. PC was only location that had one on hand and repaired in one hour. Highly recommend using their service.

These people are morons do not take anything to them that you need YOU sir are a moron I picked that phone in a freaking bag when you could not get it back together all I wanted was the information off it and YOU destroyed it you and your shop are worthless. You are REALLY useless. I picked that phone up several days after I brought it in, not only no idea how to work on phones, but you record keeping sucks

Went in to fix a cracked screen was charged $240 to get it fixed picked it up asked about the screen popping up he just squished it back in and less than 6 hours later the whole screen fell out not happy in the slightest and will be back at opening when made aware upon pick up the problem should have been addressed right then and there the money was paid for this to be fixed in its entirety not half way and is not what was agreed to upon contract money doesnt grow on trees this was a major purchase and we are very unsatisfied with the result and way it was handled when mentioned seems as though no adhesive was used and this was done as cheaply as possible for their profit which is not ok the system went straight from their location to home was not bumped around and was played on for less than 4 hours with the screen not being used other than to view the game since the game played required the joy cons not the touch screen Reply to mr pc . As soon as it is I will be happy to update my review and tell of the experience the reply alone is better than what we got yesterday
