Project manager too busy to talk to me on the phone. Cut me off after I called to put me on hold and then when she answered again said "sorry about that" I said hello? Hello? Multiple times. To no answer. Couldn't even get a quote... lol

Months ago I had a buddy that passed away. There was a lady that had a name either Heather or Hannah that was supposedly leading the crew. She had the audacity to say that the money my friend's mother had there "went up her son's nose." I even heard she treated one of the workers there with no respect. To anyone looking for trauma clean up, best look else where. It's hard to believe upper management is full of inconsiderate people.

After the death of my Uncle and Aunt in Mosheim TN I contacted Aftermath and was setup to meet with Heather Dube and her team on a specific day and time. They were prompt and ready to get started. Heather explained everything I needed to know and answered every question I had. Till this date as we continue working together to finish up all the cleanup, she has been working with the insurance company to complete the whole process. Her entire team has been great to work with and always very respectful. If I had to call anyone again for this service, I would definitely reach out to Heather Dube again as she has been a blessing to me and my family in our time of grief. To start off I would have given the company a five star rating but I had to deal with an individual thats was so unprofessional. I called this company because my father died and he was living in a "hoarder" house so by the time we found him it had been about a month. I called the company to deal with it the staff member on the phone was helpful. When they arrived to the property a women name Heather was there for the company. She was dressed in leggings which the other members all had the same uniform but her so she stood out to me. She came over asking questions to me while smoking her vape outside. She was more concerned about not over charging our insurance company then helping myself and my mother better understand what was going to happen. Everyone else was very professional and if it wasn't for this lady I would use the service again if I ever needed to.
