Come back after few month,nothing change !! I order online before i come 40' ,they said it alredy to pickup,and need wait more 30' to drivethru ... this is the last time i will come no more,next time i will go popeyes ,don't have time to waste like that Ps: just 5 car before me,and need wait 30' ... so crazy

"We're out of xxxxxxxx"...that's always the line get when I go. Food is decent but it's either a wait on some specific piece of chicken, or you're not getting it at all. And most of the time, you're not told that until after you order and get to the window. Service is mediocre to terrible and atmosphere is borderline disgusting. How you gonna have grease on the outside of the windows? Clean up around the drive thru and exterior of the building.

I was picking up a door dash order and their cash register was down causing a massive back up AND they locked the inside. I got back in the long drive thru line and 2 other dashers pulled up and got inside! I hopped back out of line and went in as well. It took almost 10 minutes to get the food but the worst part was as I was getting the order handed to me, I saw a huge roach crawling down the wall. Needless to say, I won't be visiting this location for my personal consumption.
