        Ive had to come to this Verizon store 3 times now. The first was to order an iPhone because the website and MyVerizon app werent cooperating. The second and third were to talk to an actual human since the automated billing system is an absolute disgrace. Irma helped me the first time, shes nice and not overly pushy. Cedrick helped me the second and third time. He was helpful and patient.
