        Very disappointed with this bank due to their hours of operation. Im a blue collar man who owns his own business. We need to have better access to the banking system then 10am to 4 pm. People like us can afford this time schedule.

        Whenever I call customer service I get an agent that doesnt actually work for BOFA, they work for a company called Teleperformance. They never seem to know what theyre doing
