        Went to the branch located on two notch and polo road to do a wire transfer. The manager is with another customer. I understand that but after he left (30 minutes later) the manager, Kevin, calls another customer instead of helping me. I wait another 15 minutes only for the teller to tell me it will be another 15-20 minutes. I left. I guess taking the 5 minutes to do my wire transfer wasnt that important to him but making me wait another 30-40 minutes was. Thanks a lot. I have 3 business accounts and 3 personal accounts with first citizens. Maybe its time for a change.

        Lovely, kind, prompt, and efficient tellers. Novice Customer Service staff not able, willing, or perhaps untrainable. Basic typing skills would be a great starting place.as would a teamwork mentality. Perhaps a modicum of respect for long-term customer time too!

        The professionalism at the two notch location is extremely horrible. The teller asked me if the other locations staff knew me and that may be why they did it for me at another location. So what you are telling me is that policies change if you personally know me?I am a brand new account and my home location just wants to help people, unlike this location. Not only did they not want to help me in any way but at the end of everything, the teller helping me said, "I should use another location next time."
