I recently went to this spot as I was buying Chicken Wings from Tasty Wings. The Server said hello and welcome when I entered the door so I felt welcomed. When I was up next in line, the server really gave me the impression that she wanted me to leave and get out. Yes, it was the end of the shift and her motivation was gone for the day. It really made me feel unappreciated as a customer. However, the cakes and cupcakes were good. You start strong, you finish strong!! I even knew what I wanted without hesitation and still the attitude SUCKED!!!

I never ate here but everytime I come to pick up a doordash the customer service is wonderful and everything always looks really.good

Just left the establishment and the customer service was terrible. I walked in and was the only customer, no greeting or acknowledgement. Employees were at the register laughing and talking, again, no greeting. As I stood at the counter, another customer came in and they must have had some prior dealings. When offering good customer service, greeting customers and addressing customers correctly is standard. I was ignored until the customer who entered the store after me finally had their order completed. I understand that the customer may have had prior dealings and misunderstandings that needed to be tied up; however, I was the next customer when I entered the store so I should have been addressed first. Secondly, once I was finally acknowledged there still wasnt any proper greeting, only a what are you getting? Im not sure if the establishment was more concerned with making more money with the customer who entered after me because they had a larger order than mine or maybe the customer is just that bad. Nevertheless, this was an annoying and unprofessional experience.
