I went to get my oil changed and my third brake light fixed on January 31st. Everything was fine until the following day I realized the plastic piece around my brake light was now broken, so I promptly told the Dodgeland service department that whoever fixed the light also broke the plastic around it. They said they could contact my car manufacturer and order a new piece to repair it, then call me to let me know when it arrives. That was at the beginning of February. I have called probably about 5 times since then and every time someone takes my name and number and says that they will call me back. No one has ever called me back. The men there spoke in a very condescending tone, Im not sure if its because Im a young woman or what- but these people are extremely unprofessional and cant own up to the fact that they broke a piece of my car. Its been almost 2 months since I initially called them. Horrible service. I would give 0 stars if I could, and I will continue to call until someone gives me a legitimate piece of information regarding the part of my car that they broke. I had a appointment to have a recall fixed on my 2020 Ram 2500 they were to check the problem with the check engine light. After having my truck 9:30 Thursday until 3:00 Friday. I called several times to get a update and find out if they have fixed it Thursday . They needed to check again to make sure it's a sencer. Before ordering a part but it's on back order if this is the problem. I came. BY to get my truck Friday because they weren't working on it. It was setting in there used car area. I called to talk with the service manager and she never called me back. Service is the worst I've ever had Ford has better service.
