        horrible experiences here. gave them multiple chances to make up for their incompetence. lack of care and respect within management and advisory. nobody could figure out that my Audi I drive every day is a real car. are you SURE thats the car you mean? that doesnt exist this place has also screwed me on parts and labor time with another car i brought into the service dept. fried my brand new ECM and then refused to reprogram the new one. this place is a joke. woulda figured a Hudson group member would be held to a higher standard. dont recommend at all. go to Charlotte or Greenville Audi if you want your car to be in good hands.
