Since my return from an overseas tour, Alyssa has represented me in a continuous custody case. She along with her assistant Kim worked tirelessly on my case. Alyssa kept inaccurate notes, lied about my own property, sought out medical advice about me from non-medical individuals, applied smoke-n-mirror tactics to pretend she was working, continually revised my requests, tried to file court appearances on my behalf even after she was fired, did not fulfill her due diligence when representing me in court, took advantage of my case/situation and the amount of trust entitled to herself. Alyssa did not pursue results that were in my best interest and had ulterior motives for what ever reason then were. I regret hiring Alyssa and her professional conduct was embarrassing and hindered my case and what should have been the outcome. Id rather get divorced again than to hire Alyssa.
