        Great experience living here! The move in process was done so smoothly by the manager Alexis. Corey in maintenance makes sure the entire complex is running like a well oiled machine. He is quick to respond, is not afraid to get dirty, and completes every task with a smile on his face!

        Do Not Rent here, they are many of the Aparments that are being Rented right now that have Roachs. Plus, the Leasing Agent calls self a Property Manager but she cannot to the job of a Property Manager. This Person is incompetent when she was fully trained she was asking an employee who was a Maintenance Man how to do her job. Then the Maintenance Man that was working there was excellent and the Prooerty Owners who are SPM, LLC from Birmingham, AL let him slip right out of there hands. He went to another Apartment Complex were he is at he is making more money, he is not the only Maintenance Man and we're he is at he is the Maintenance Manager. You are probably asking yourself how do we know how do these people know so much, well lived there, we got out when we could. But what was the kicker is we had to wait a almost two months after we moved out to receive our security deposit to be returned to us. We had to consult a Lawyer on this matter if we did not receive our deposit back by 12/5 he was going to start taking Court Action on them, before we said anything to thus person that works for SPM gave us the run around. Finally. Our Lawyer told us to email this person and threaten them that you will be starting court proceedings on them which worked. Do Not Rent From Them Ever!
