Very unsatisfied with my stay in Austin Woods. Every time I renew my lease the rent goes up but the quality of living gets worse. I have requested for my ac unit to be fixed as it has been working in months. It is literally 90 degrees in my house but management says theyll get on it as soon as they can meanwhile the air in their office is blasting. The dumpsters are overflowing with trash which causes bug infestations. We are charged a pest control fee every month and they give a notice saying theyre coming but never show! The one time maintenance came to fix my disposal it broke the next day. Why make people live in an environment you wouldnt live in yourself?

After living there 9 years, the whole complex needs to be torn down..infestation of rats and roaches..Don't forget management..there NASTY just like the property..burnt out buildings has been sitting there for 2 years.. requested wheelchair access 3years ago never happened ..let's not talk about the guns, gangs & killings.

Unfortunately my daughter lives here. Never given a mailbox key, was told they would be replaced. Four months later still no key. One day her box was opened and all her packages were gone. She was told they were going to change the lock after that. She still hasn't heard anything. They brought the refrigerator in with roaches inside. She was told to kill them & they will call an exterminator the next day. Took 3 months to get eyes for her stove. Her double laundry door was off track. They took 1 door off & never brought it back. They want rent paid in full every month but take their time fixing issues and rarely communicate back... I am adding to my recent review. Now the residents can only pay the rent online with a convenience fee of $26.63! That is ridiculous and a rip off. So im guessing if u can't pay that fee, eventually you will be evicted. I hope my review will give the next person a heads up and rethink renting these apartments.

Me and my wife Came here for a tour on 2/11/23 for her to get a one bedroom. We asked all of the proper information before applying. The only issue with the requirements is that my wife didnt have any rental history but a lady in the office ensured us as long as she had 600 credit, clean background, & make 2x the rent that she would be okay. She said they would just require 2x the rent as a security deposit. We submitted the application on 2/14/23 and then was informed that shes going to be denied due to no rental history. Lady in the office blatantly lied and now theyre saying its going to take 30-40 days for a refund. We are currently getting in contact with their corporate office. Do not apply here

I hate the unprofessional-ness of the place! Ive been calling for two weeks now trying to get information . When I spoke with them one person told me one thing and the next told me another! Please leave the CORRECT number on the site to be reach ! Important
