Awesome place to rent or be a first time renter. The leasing office is exceptionally good at helping with issues regarding pay or any problems you may have. Ashely especially helps and continues to always make sure any issues I or other residents have get resolved quickly. Shes always helping even if its late in the day or early in the morning. Maintenance as well from Jason is another big plus for me to rent here. Hes constantly here late almost everyday making sure residents apartments are fixed and issues resolved. If anyone has a problem, Jason will do his best to get it fixed that day or as soon as possible.

I would like to give a five-star rating to the Leasing Department and the Maintenance Department of this apartment complex. I want to specifically mention Ashleigh and Jason for their exceptional services. Jason is an expert at repairing everything in the complex, and he is always polite to talk to. Ashleigh has gone above and beyond her job responsibilities in helping me with various tasks. Their kindness and dedication make me want to continue staying at this apartment complex.

Unfortunately the experience that Ive had here was the lack of communication. Ive called, submitted online inquiries, and visited the office. I did not receive a call back, I did not receive an email back, and while visiting, I waited for approximately 17 minutes before someone addressed me and she was a third party representative. Still, I wasnt able to inquire about the place or learn more. With that experience, I would not recommend.

I have lived here for three years now, and the times when ever I had a concern or needed information. The first person youll see is Ashleigh, she has helped me every time Ive shown up. Big shout out to her hard work and dedication to serving the people who live here! Thank you
