Broad River Trace

For this to be the most decent apartment Ive toured, the cleanliness caught my attention. The entry is beautiful and the apartment tour was very nice as well. Thanks to Kristie and Angie for all your courteous hospitality and great communication. I cant wait to move in.

Chris Henderson and Horace Franklin have been a tremendous help with my apartment. I was able to get a new hot water heater and have never been more valued with the speedy help!

My wife and I are moving into broad River trace currently. We spent days searching the area for somewhere and we were pretty downtrodden after touring many awful complexes in the area. Luckily we made a wrong turn and came across broad River trace, it immediately struck us as different the grounds were clean and the staff were kind and courteous, Angie in particular was a huge help keeping us informed and letting us tour different units including the actual unit we are renting. The units were all clean and the amenities are incredible. Overall broad River trace has blown us away with their complex and we are so excited to be part of the community and welcome our new baby soon into somewhere safe and clean! Update: Ive now moved into my apartment and had an issue with my hot water heater. After some initial complications with maintenance Chris Henderson with maintenance not only corrected the problem but went above and beyond and fixed a secondary issue with my kitchen faucet. My experience with him was beyond my expectations and he did an excellent job resolving my problems in a timely manner.
