DO NOT hire this company. Its been two years of hell for my business. The owner Mike is condescending, talks over, calls you names, and somehow the entire team doesnt know how to effectively communicate with one another. My company has all the email and phone receipts documenting everything. Nothing is filed on time. Your taxes will never be done on time. Stay very far away from these people. They dont care about you. They just want your money.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. STAY AWAY.
Its been two years of absolute hell with the company. The owner Mike is a womanizer, arrogant and pompous. He talks over you, calls you passive aggressive condescending names, and somehow he has not the foggiest notion that his entire team doesnt know how to effectively communicate with one another or the clients. No one has any idea whats really going on with your account. The blind leading the blind.
Mike dropped us as clients without any discussion. I was told verbatim that said he assumed we didnt want our taxes done this season with them??? Im sorry, but when does a business owner assume something that radical that it hurts someones small business? Apparently the client gets no say in how they expect their money to be handled. You will get l hung up on when Mike is done with the conversation because he doesnt want to admit hes wrong, and because I am a woman my words and concerns are menial and unimportant according to Mike.
