This establishment caters to their clients exceptionally well. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I have had a very great experience especially with Dr. Dzhabiev.

TLDR: all they want to do is upsell you on stuff you don't need. Would give less than one star if able. Man, I should have read the reviews. I have been diligent about dental care all my adult life. I have NEVER been told I needed a deep cleaning, nor have my gum scores been worse than a 2. Dentist starts poking around and all I'm hearing is 4s & 5s. Was told I need a deep cleaning. I'm told my insurance covers it. Should have gotten that in writing. Was told there was no one there that could do the deep cleaning. Then someone didn't show up on time for their appointment so I was going to get that dentist to do it. Then that patient did show up and I'm not going to get that dentist. Then they worked something out - not sure what - but got the deep cleaning on my bottom teeth only. Was told I was getting it on my top. Asked the hygenist about it. She confirmed witht the dentist that he did my top teeth. HE DID NOT. Everything they did, they confirmed that my 2 insurances paid for. Got a bill for almost $1000. Was told I needed a bridge - my portion.....$13000. They did floride and it felt like they put glue on my teeth. Thankfully I don't live far so as soon as I got home, I burshed it off. Had to throw that toothbrush head away as the floride stiffened the bristles into something akin to a steel brush. One of my kids went a few days later. They were told they grind their teeth and need a mouth guard. Thankfully I had warned them that they just wanted to upsell stuff and to let them know all they wanted was a cleaning. Nothing else - especially not that floride paste they use. If you've read this whole thing (I tried to keep this short).....please don't go here. I know everything has gone up in price, but this was ridculus. So once again, I am on the hunt for a reputible dentist near me. Or I'll just drive the hour (one way) to a dentist I trust and have been seeing for almost 25 years. One that took the time to explain to me anything they were wanting to do and didn't call me after, asking if I've made my decision so they can book the appointment.

Very friendly and caring hygentist, careful not to hurt me. Dr is very professional. Everyone does their job.
