Had a tree fall on my truck. My insurance company referred me to Caliber Collision in Lake Wylie. While the work they performed was good (over 8k in repair costs), I had an issue after getting the truck back. Unfortunately my windshield fluid would not come out to clean the windshield. I just figured they worked on that area (they replaced the windshield, the wipers, and worked on my hood) and forgot to put fluid back into the reservoir. So I went bought some fluid of my own and filled it up (it was empty). When I went to test it it, a paper towel blew out from under my truck ... along with all the fluid I just put in the reservoir. I really thought this was not a big deal and that just a hose came loose or something during their repair process ... as this was working perfectly fine prior to me taking my truck to them. I've just been told that this is not something that they worked on and they cannot look at it. I find it hard to believe that it worked perfectly fine prior to me dropping my truck off ... to when I picked it up that this became a problem by itself ... and a PAPER TOWELL blew out from under the truck when I went to use it. A real shame as this was was a pretty decent experience up to this point.
