        Worst experience. We have been asking the attorney for over 3 months to send a $4000 earnest money check to the sellers and the attorney does not respond to our communications. He has said hes mailed it and yet then comes back and apologizes for having really not mailed it. I have a number of emails that go to them with no response.

        Dave was very knowledgeable, personable, explained everything well and went the extra mile for us. He found a charge for over $700 that shouldn’t have been charged and had the lender remove it!! Our closing was smooth and clear cut. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!
