I recently required extensive repair and replace services. Lake Wylie Heating & Air initiated the process but medical issues resulted in anticipated unacceptable delay times. Doug Warren, owner of LWH&A, acted as my liaison with the other company throughout the process. His commitment to fulfill his agreements with me facilitated a rapid replacement of my furnace, while being sensitive to additional costs and inconvenience. His integrity and support were far beyond my expectation. It is nice these days to find a small business owner remaining committed to the customer.

Lake Wylie Heating & Air responded to a call related to my air not working properly on time and were very helpful. I had another company quote the issue and felt uneasy about the cost and explanation of what they thought was wrong. They quoted me a fair price and were great at communication through the entire process. I ended up saving over $1,500. They are honest, great to work with and I highly recommend.
