        I patiently waited in line for at least 20 minutes....I was absolutely craving a beef and cheddar. After finally giving my order, I waited another 15 minutes before they called my name and gave me my sandwich but not the milkshake I ordered. I waited patiently for it when he asked me what I needed, I told him, and he gave me a cup that did not even resemble what was advertised. I take my meal to my vehicle and hit the road, trying in vain to eat the sloppy mess of a sandwich that they served me. Never again, Arby's !!!

        My food was cold and my fish sandwich was all wrong. Got a apple turnover and it was hard and seem old never again
