        My child is at Clemson Lofts. Since the management company changed, they have repeatedly charged for renters insurance when we already have coverage that we have provided proof of. Each month we have to call, each month we're told it will be corrected. Repeat cycle next month. If you are are a renter, you should check your charges to make sure your bill is accurate. At best, it's incompetence, at worst it seems like a scam. 3/2/24 update...did it AGAIN!!! Let's see how many more times it takes for them NOT to screw up this billing!! Multiple months of being overcharged!!!

        We all love it here so far!!!! When we had a small maintenance issue we left a request and maintenance staff came right away to fix the problem. We also love how clean our apartment was upon move in. And you cant beat a pool and 24/7 gym!!!
