        This experience was more than I could fathom. Kareisha Coleman was so respectful and polite. The aura of the atmosphere was contagious. The music that was playing was very soothing. Liberty Tax I appreciate the hospitality and you have a client for life. Come to Liberty Tax and ask for Kareisha because you will not be disappointed.

        If I could give a NEGATIVE NUMBER I would! Not only did this place LIE on my tax forms, but they claim that I should not worry about the numbers on the paperwork they gave me and only go by what I got as a tax return. How does that make any sense? The paperwork they gave me says one number, the IRS after speaking with them said they did not take out anything additional on my taxes, and yet the rep at this store tells me to ignore and not worry about it? They didnt claim one of my kids, they have the wrong amount for my advance, and she tells me that I should ignore it. WORST TAX SERVICE EVER!!!!! They are liars, cheaters, and have found some sort of loophole to steal money from us!!! DO NOT USE THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION!!!!! Ive been with them for years and this is the first year I have used this office location. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
