        GREED IS UGLY I do not recomend this business to anyone

        They are nice when you go into their office to pay in person but unhelpful. I warn you to NEVER pay them in cash. They lost one of my payments and charged me for a missed month. When I called to talk to them about it, they hung up on me. We now live out of state and cannot go in person to settle the issue. We also have problems with communication since they send out everything by mail instead of email and we rent out our house. They need to update their communication tactics to be with the times. We reported several issues with neighbors breaking HOA rules when we did live in the house and those issues were never addressed. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

        Hinson Management manages my HOA and has discriminated against me by enforcing a height restriction on my trees vs height of my neighbors trees. I tried to appeal but you are appealing to the same board. This will create an undue expense on my family. The neighbor claims the builder guaranteed them a view and this could easily be resolved by the builder Enchanted Construction but Hinson seems to back my neighbor who has one agenda-hope I move. I felt I found a great neighborhood when I realized the street name Apache being an American Indian. I guess my neighbor did not feel the same. I knew I was outnumbered when I walked into Hinson Management and saw the staff. My people have always been outnumbered. We will not leave.
