        24 minutes waiting on 2 iced coffees and 1 milk shake. A girl with purple hair had her hand up her shirt then bagging food. This was on 4/10/2022. The time was 5:04 pm.

        This place is ridiculous, the person taking the order is going to literally sigh through the intercom when I go to order my food, like I am seriously making his life miserable, I am so sorry I made you do your job. They never have anything. One day it will be no ice, then no large cups, no soft drinks, never have ice cream. Most days you wait in line forever just to get to the intercom and rhen have to deal with that mess. I just pulled off.

        There is definitely an issue with some of the employees hired, very few stay and/or provide any real customer service. Overall it's given a three because of the employees who currently work there that make an effort to create a friendly, customer first environment.
