Saw a few alligators, lots of mosquitoes. The speaker for the slave rendition quarters was the only tour guide we saw because the house tour is separate. He is also the author of a book. Getting inside the home requires a separate ticket but the garden walks are great.

Millie is the best tour guide! We loved her. Definitely do a guided tour, it makes the place come alive. Beautiful grounds and lots of history.

Beautiful setting. When visiting make sure to take the house and the from slavery to freedom tours, both are very well done and worth doing.
