        We purchased about 460 sq ft of flooring yesterday. I came to pick it up today. I'm the only customer at the pick up area. After going in and presenting my receipt and them putting it in the system for someone to bring it out, I waited for 25 to 30 minutes. Finally a guy comes out and says, it will be about 15 minutes. I was just told about the order. If it wasn't for the hassle of finding flooring someplace else, I would have said forget it and asked for a refund.
