We would like to acknowledge Elizabeth. She is professional and did took the time in explaining the process and gave us some recommendation how we can avoid owing money to the IRS. Although we ended up loosing money, at least we've learned from it.

I just want to highlight the two ladies working at this kiosk. Their names are Samantha and Olivia. I had some questions about my tax situation this year and they were able to answer my questions and let me know i was not required to file this year. I know nothing about taxes and got cheated out of filing last year and paying $200 to h & r block where they didnt even explain I didnt have to file last year either. The women at jackson hewitt were so nice and informative that i even recommend my mother get her taxes done with them instead of her struggling to do them on her own because she had some major changes last year after the passing of my father who always took care of their finances. One of them is a first year and the other been with the company several years but both of these ladies helped my mother as well as made sure she received a senior discount and explained everything to her with ease to understand. Even gave some helpful advice on how to improve her tax situation by next year. If i have to file a return next year i hope one of them will still be around to help me. I definitely recommend anyone in the area struggling with understanding their taxes to go see one of them and tell them Ariel sent you.
