        We have been going to H&R for years without any issues. However, this year we were assigned a completely incompetent Senior Tax Specialist when it came to of state residency codes, despite being hired/working on a military base expecting us to return for a 3rd time for someone else to review his work. We were not going to return nor pay for a service we didnt have faith in. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Dont waste your time.
